Strawberry Chia Pudding
This delicious chia pudding – packed with lots of fiber and protein – is delicious and versatile for breakfast or anytime you want a healthy, snacky, sweet treat. So good! Original recipe by Baked By Melissa.

Ingredients:
2 cups strawberries or any berry of your choice
2 cups Greek Yogurt
2-3 tbsp Maple Syrup
1-2 tbsp Vanilla Paste or Extract
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
Directions:
Blend 2 cups strawberries or any berry of your choice
Pour into glass container that has lid
Add 2 cups Greek yogurt
Add 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
Add 1-2 tbsp Vanilla paste or extract
Add 1/2 cup chia seeds
Mix all ingredients together until well blended.
Put lid on container and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Pudding will be THICK and delish!
Serve yourself a bowl of Strawberry Chia Pudding and add berries, granola, whatever you fancy…and enjoy!
