After a relaxing holiday weekend of grilling, drinking and pool time with friends, I most always like to hit the reset button. I was craving blueberries this morning, so I went with that and made this simple and sweet Wild Blueberry smoothie. Full of health and the lavender hue is all sorts of pretty too. Cheers to a productive week!
I’d love to know, what do you do to recharge after a long weekend?

Makes 1 8-10 oz. Wild Blueberry smoothie.
Ingredients:
8 ounces almond/coconut milk
I cup Frozen Wild Blueberries*
1-2 tsp. Chia Seeds
1-2 tbsp. Vanilla protein powder optional (I prefer the plant-based vegan brand Orgain).
*Add ice if you are using fresh, non-frozen blueberries. (Add ice anyway if you want your smoothies thick like a milkshake. Don’t forget a spoon).
Instructions:
- Add the blueberries, chia seeds, protein powder and almond/coconut milk to the blender. Blend all the ingredients together in a high-speed blender until creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
Let me know if you liked this smoothie or modified it or threw it out!:)
