Hello weekend!

Grand Basin Yoga Forest Park
It’s a beautiful weekend for outdoor yoga at the Grand Basin in Forest Park.

What are your plans this weekend? I’m going to an all-day creative conference tomorrow at the historic and beautiful Lumen. I normally shy away from events like these, because it means leaving my comfort zone and embracing my socially awkward self, but I’m going to push through in the hopes of meeting other creative types. I’m excited, and a little nervous too. Since I’ll be indoors all day Saturday, plans for an al fresco family dinner on Sunday are definitely in order. Have a fun-filled weekend. Btw, happy Friday the 13th! Are you superstitious? I am. I knock on wood, or steel, or laminate…whatever is in reach really. I’m not choosy. Do you have any superstitious habits?
