Clementine's Naughty and Nice Ice Cream

Clementine’s Creamery and Revive Thrift Shop

On a quaint corner in historic Lafayette Square sits Clementine’s Naughty and Nice Creamery, a charming, micro-creamery that has taken dessert to a whole new level. First, the ice cream comes in two categories: Naughty (alcohol-infused) and Nice (Non-alcohol), each handcrafted in small batches using only the finest 100% all natural ingredients. Second, with decadent flavor combinations such as Strawberry with Balsamic and White Pepper, Maple Bourbon with Salted Candied Pecans, and even a few Vegan flavors such as Peanut Butter Curry, the hardest part may be deciding which flavor(s) to choose. Can I have one of each, please?

Part of Clementine’s appeal is their innovative collaborations with other local St. Louis culinary brands. A personal fave is the Gooey Butter Cake Ice Cream with Park Avenue Coffee. Orange Dreams is the newest flavor to be crafted in partnership with Revive Thrift Shop, a social enterprise of parent agency Mission: St. Louis, which empowers people to break the cycle of poverty. For the month of May, enjoy an Orange Dreams ice cream and 10% of all proceeds will go to support Revive.

About Revive Thrift Shop:

Revive’s ‘old can be made new’ philosophy is colorfully visible in the treasure trove of clothes, shoes, jewelry, books, home wares and other gems found throughout the store.

Revive Thrift Shop
Spring is on display at Revive Thrift Shop.

More importantly, this philosophy is evident in the programs Revive offers, such as on the job training, tool literacy and beautiful furniture restoration through their partner company, Anew Nature. These programs help service and empower people who are in the process of transforming their own lives. And that’s a beautiful thing.

If you haven’t been to Revive, stop in. Their window displays are so artistic and eye-catching!

A special thanks to Tamara Keefe and Jill Firns from Stillettos On Sunday Morning for inviting me to Clementine’s for a Happy Hour Orange Dreams tasting and to learn more about Revive.
